San Diego, February 2023, Nikon F4, Tri-X: 

Work brought me to San Diego in February 2023, for an enormous, sprawling conference and trade show, at the San Diego convention centre. I brought my Nikon F4, with only the 50mm lens, and Kodak Tri-X 400 ISO film, one of the oldest higher speed black-and-white films, that I shot extensively in CEGEP when I had the Contax 139.

The photo above once again shows-off the great Bokeh of this lens.

The hotel was next door to the train station.

No city is without homeless.

San Diego is home to 32nd Street Naval Station

My hotel was close to the USS Midway, that is a museum today

I was trying to get the street lamp in the reflection of the puddle.
